yogendra bangar & vandana bangar book for IDT is an xlnt book for Indirect Taxes
its a voluminous book but such book is required for final

Hi Paviitra,
I agree with Mr.Jayadeep. For easy understanding, Vaitheswaran sir's book is good. As you have enough time (Nov 2010), better go through yogendra bangar & vandana bangar book. when should i purchase book of IDT for preparing nov-10?
so that i can obtain the latest provisions applicable for examination in nov-10.

better purchase it now itself and chek for amendments and circulars and notifications applicable for nov 10 as they will be available only after july 2010

Md.Rafi is a new book in the market it is also very good as it contains a very lucid interpretation of the complex concepts.

i know a few peope who have scored over 75 in indirect tax by following only Mr vaiteeswaran book... the choice is yours. you will have to buy the suplimentary study material issued by ICAI which will be available b4 the exams
