Anyone plzz suggest me to be the best book for ca final idt self study

whether bangar or vineet sodhani????

plzzz suggest i m having my exams in may 14 n i m starting my study from april 14

tayal sir hand written is the best book for self study idt. u can read whole idt with in just 6 days and revise many a times. very nice and conceptual notes. if u want then i can provide u xerix copy of it. privided u have to bear xerox exps. mail me carajshah2014 @ gmail.com

For first time reading and understanding , go with bangur, complete syllabus is covered in 600 pages, make notes side by side , case laws prescribed by ICAI only are to be done,avoid irrelevant numerous cases given in bangur book.

if you have a problem with preparing own notes, then buy a revision book by yashwant mangal,book can be revised easily 1 day before exam.

I read last time from bangar sir book, bt it seems too comprehensive and lenghty , no summary are given , presentation is not much better,

some views said that vineet sir book is much better in presentation and understanding point of view

thats the reason why i m confusd between the two

I hav'nt gone through vineet sodhani's modules but they are lengthy as compared to bangur and bungur, since you have once read the subject, buy yashwant mangals book , following link is a sample on service tax by mangal sir

Bangur sir. It looks lengthy but is very easy. Very conceptual and contains practical problems as well

kindly give learned comparative features of vineet sodhani' s book and bangar book of IDT. Why do you give preference sodhani'book over Bangar book or vice versa ?

Hi Rahul.. I would like to suggest you Bangar.. Since you are starting IDT now Vineet sir's book will be lenghty for you to cope up due to lack of time.. My one or two friends had done Vineet Sodhani last time and they were complaining that it was very time consuming reading from Sodhani sir's book.
