i'am following bangar's for idt i hav nov 2012 edition which was applicable for may13 exams do i need to buy a new book now..

Purchasing new one would be better. You might get misguided or it will take much more time to update your old book....

There is no need to update.. (In new edition you will get only recent examination paper...... law will be same)
