Giv ur opinion on this: Gymming equipments purchased for staff should be recognised as fixed asset or staff welfare expenses?

Gym equipments if morethan RS. 5000 we can capitalise . I think the reason for purchase or use of asset is not change the rule. Ofcourse all are use for some office use this is my point of view
I it can be capitalised if the value of the products are more than Rs.5000/-
