I would like to register for ICWAI inter.
Is Attached Application enough for ICWAI Inter registration or I should buy a new prospectus?
check the attached file, its the latest one ... got it from icwai.org,

and abt prospectus, it will be good, if you buy one, as it includes more details on course, rules, syllabus, books to refer...etc,
and before applying, check with cwa office, whether you have to pay any additional fee for downloading regn form online, as they charge 50/- extra for downloaded exam forms...
