Icwai inter registration number

I had applied for ICWAI inter registration 2 months back. I had applied it with one of my friend, we both sent the form (with draft, certificates, etc) on the same day. My friend received a packet 2 weeks back but I am yet to get any communication. Can someone answer my below queries

  1. My friend got a packet only with books. There is no registration number. How could he know his registration is complete or not. From where he ‘ll get his reg number
  2. We applied in the same date from the same courier service why I have not received anything as of now.
  3. I tried the number given in ICAWI site but no one is answering it.  Is there any other method of contacting the institute?
