i am ca ipcc student .i wish to register for icwai course from this june. i want to know the procedure of registering and during within which i can write icwai inter and final exam (if i clear in 1st attempt).

you can register online. and if you register now you can sit in Dec 2014 inter exams and then in Dec 2015 final exams. but before sitting in final exams minimum 6 months training is compulsory.
