Icwa campus placements-for june 2012 passouts

Hi akhil, total no of paasing students of icwai in jun-12 is 648 i.e avg of all time and campus placement of icwai of not so good, if u have passed in 1st attempt then u may get chance for Coal india, avg package for cwa is same as of CA's in govt co (i.e basic 15000 to 20000 and in hand 30000 to 40000). Best co for cwa qualied is ITC but selection process is too tought, out of 50-60 they select only 1.

bimal , other than coal india and , itc any other psu visiting campus dis time

@ RAVI, I think MMTC, SAIL & NMDC are probable psu's for campus.

other than this, Infosys, Bharti,ITC, Bata, Jinal drillng, Lanco * Genpact are probables.

@ Bimal which center is better to opt for,,!! some are telling chennai is good..? any idea regarding that..!!??

IF U BELONG TO SOME OBC CASTE YOU WILL BE SELECTED OTHERWISE CHACES ARE LOW,,,!!

ir u r doing any other course and sitting for campus in icwai never say that u r doing or completed ca/cs otherwise they will surely not take u........

very bad campus placement conducted at icwai only three companies visited new delhi tcs,sebi and nestle of which they picked up mostly rank holders???????????

All companies now prefer ICWA over CA as icwa is much better than ca from all prospects salary career growth etc in reality.
