Icai withheld the result

Dear friends and experts, On 8th july, i got call from icai exam department to submit form no 108 as i was into delay to submit it and as per their instruction i sent the form mumbai regional office on 11th july. It was delivered on 15. My result is showing withheld. I called everywhere and also mailed the scanned copy of form 108. My question is will icai declare my result? Whether it make any problems to further attempts?
