ICAI website

Don't know what is wrong with ICAI website, it is crashing during night before every paper of CA final. we are not able to access study material, previous year question papers? bchhe ko pass nhi hone dene ka kya? please do something. I tweeted thousands to them but no use! I am not able to contact them as all the contacts are listed on dumb website. Somehow I managed to get number but they are not picking up the phone. there is no time to e-mail them and wait for weeks for there reply. If government can change why can't ICAI services? :(
