What on earth is wrong with ICAI Website.... 90% of the times it doesn't open....

Galiya dene ka mann kar raha ICAI k it deptt ko
,download karna is nemesis out there,max 2kbps speed WTH.Open hone me to it takes ages...

dere is something wrong wid ICAI website
