The paper should test conceptual clarrity of a student ,objective questions are welcomed...Computational accuracy -what for...is nt the world of softwares enough?

No I dont think giving 30 minutes reading time will help much as even if you read the whole paper one, after solving first question you will have to again read the next question to solve. What I would have preferred is that the formalities of writing roll no. name etc and signature of invigilator and student should be completed before the start of paper so that I will have full 3 hrs just to write the paper
