I agree with the title but the example is wrong!
e-sahayta is for grievances and your question is more of demanding an explanation for some criteria. You could file an RTI application.

e-sahaayataa is to help students! this is a perfect reply to such questions!! please understand friends - ICAI is always with and for the benefits of Students. There are many experiences I had of E-Sahaayataa when the team working behind E-Sahaayata was as good as life saviour for me like:
1. While enrolling for ITT the branch (limited seats with high demand) asked me my registration letter. But due to my negligence I misplaced it. I just sought the help of E-sahaayata and I received my e-registration letter in my mailbox in as less as 4 hours!!! Imagine guys the care and speed at which they work !!
2. I had a change of address query- solved in less than a day span
3. Did not recieve my free copy of RTP's for IPCC. Wrote to them and in one and a half week both group RTP's were with me!!!
Plz don't bother or add to their tedious job by writing such irrelevant things!!!

first of all i repect your love and attachment with ICAI... but please next time be careful with the language you use on CCI! I would be not so rude had it not been the case of sanctity of this forum!!!!! Plz take it in a positive sense Brother!! and yes one does get a free copy of RTP's ONLY for the first attempt of IPCC!!

I WOuld call it a professional behaviour. This query even member can't ask and you are asking it as a student.
