Nothing new for students. The old man still doesn't acknowledge the need for transfers. As if our principals will allow for secondment. Allowing secondment is indirectly accepting that "i don't various types of work". And why is ICAI acting as a judge of a family court; and blocking divorcing.
When will they look about the transfer matter? when my dad will change my grandson's diapers? He is just trying to brush the matter under the carpet. I had expected that he will more proactive than the previous despot; but he too is the same. Shame on icai; u still treat articles as bonded labourers. even taxmann; has felt that this transfer thing is a genuine problem; and still he doesn't ackowledge it

All species of this 'presidential post ' r of same flesh and blood. They know how to hush up matters by giving long drawn answers which don't related to the question asked.
When Mr. Halkhandi asked abt transfer issues, he first gave a whole lot of crap speech on what articleship is and abt its moral grounds and ends with the note that 'we wil discuss d matter in future.'............back 2 square 1.!!!!
