Kindly see the highlighted portion of instruction attached below.
It is given that Gel Pen / Fountain Pen are eligible but it will be advisable to use ball point pen

Blue pen takes large amount of data size than black pen while scanning the answer sheet. Most of the student apply to see their answer sheet and in order to minimize the cost icai bring this kind of policy. Not only this icai notify to bring the stabler to stiched your additional answer sheet by yourself...
