there is a question in pcc mock test paper regarding dissolution where it is said that one partner was entitled to receive 5%
commission on the amount finally paid to other partners as capital
i dont know how to treat the same.can anyone help...

after making the capital accounts of the partner , the balance which will remain is aggregated and the said partner is going to get a 5% commission on that sum

These are old mock papers...Direct tax shows AY 09-10 and ISCA covers old syllabus too..
