Dear friends,

Can any one help me in creating maild id at ICAI.org ? despite providing correct SRO number& date of birth. I am getting mssg as error in regn number or date of birth.

If a company has registered office in delhi and held its board meeting in Haryana for allotment of shares and issued share certificates in Haryana then, Is the board meeting valid or not?

also, at what rate company is required to pay stamp duty on allotment of shares?

pl let me konw how to find the online application? I went to icai.org and clicked on the students, then examination, then examination...... I am not able to find Final Examination form. Pl help.
