This should not be implementated. Already CA degree has been dilutted a lot.Today even a MBA from a Tier2 B School can get much heigher entry level salary than just passed out CA. It is the time to make entry to CA more tough rather than dillutting it & thus encouraging the average & below average students to go through the CA Course.
Entry to CA must be through a Common Admission Test only& that should be mandatory for all level of Sudents throughout India irresepective of marks in Graduation & that also be the toughest (among Entrance,Inter & Final)(at par with CAT of B Schools) so that only the Best can study & qualifiy in the shortest possible time.
Otherwise CA Degree will be just like another Graduation Degree & Profession will loose it's Value to Industry & Society at large.
