ICAI e-mail id

I want to make a ICAI e-mail id... But when i tried to make id there is a error of regestration number LIKE THIS:

Error(s) while processing your request
1. Invalid student registration number or Date of Birth entered.

But my reg no. & DOB is correct !!

what can i do..  m a IPCC student.. Plz suggest me an answer...
