ICAI campus palcement Orientation programme

I have applied for ICAI campus placement programme Feb- Mar 2020.I have given big centre as Chennai and small centre as Ernakulam.Is it mandatory to attend orientation programme even if I doesnt got selected at big centre.If  I am not attending orientation programme at Big center,can I attend campus interview at small  centre.

Please clarify
