They are 2 financial creditors let say FC1 and FC2 to whome Corporate debtor(CD) owe 60lakhs each. if CD made defulat to both of them, can they jointly make an application to NCLT under section 7 of IBC 2016?

Yes Financial creditors can jointly file application for default by CD to NCLT under IBC 2016
