Please advice if a cash is paid to purchase shares which will be given to employees at the end of vesting period as per IFRS 2, where it will be shown in Cash Flow Statement - Operating, Investing of Finanacing Activities.

I think it will be part of financing activity as the cash is financed to acquires shares
