Iam not getting my ipcc orginal marks list and duplicate passed certificate

Iam passed in may 2017 IPCC exams till now My IPCC orginal marks and passes certificate not received till now .What I do .Can I apply duplicate certificates ?Is it equlent to orginal certificates it's valid for me
