I want to teach.

Hey I am a C.A(Fresher) and a semi C.S, I have always been passionate about teaching and have taken few classes as a guest lecturer on Wealth Tax, but i want to push that to a part time job. I need to specialise in few subjects, I am most interested in Law and Tax. What books do you suggest to earn proficiency in the above subjects that will enable me to provide justice to teaching ?

Corporate laws by Ramaiya and for direct tax- V.K Singhania are the most comprehensive books to become an expert.

Sir and for IDT ?

First read bare Acts of relevant Acts under law and there you will get some grip. afterwards go to commentaries which you can absorb. Law is again a high professional work as good as CA finals or CS finals. in taxation, you seem to be interested in all kinds of taxations. first pick up one area then read basic tax laws and/or accounting. Reading makes a ready man writing makes a perfect man. so no single book can make you a good expert pls.

Bokks are plenty in every area getting added every day by good  writers.

To narrow down taxation, I love Indirect taxation.  Bare acts i will definitely go through. Is there a particular site which could provide and preferably send me case laws and updates.

And Balakrishnan Sir, I did not understand what you meant by commentaries. Could you please elaborate.
