My clients is filing Regular GST return, now from FY 2019-20 he want to opt for Composition Scheme.
As on date GST portal do not display anything. What will be last date for opting composition scheme.

application to opt for composition scheme is enabled on the portal now and the last date to apply for the same is 31st mar 2019.
you can see that under Services>> Registration>> Application to opt for composition levy
