hi manish its good that u want to make your firm as the no 1 firm of india . if u want to take my advice then u should first see whether ur office is in good environment or not . then ur mentality should be of some very high standard . u should choose ur client by their status and the client success will measure ur success . u should set the standard of work and all the high standard things should be used . hope u will make ur firm as the no one firm in india . waiting to see ur frim as the no one
