As he has completed more than 18 months of training, he is eligle to write PCC right? Is it necessary that we have to be registered with a CA? For CA final we have to complete 3-1/2 years training... Why cant he quit?

I think u can quit and continue your PCC. After u complete ur PCC u can join ur articleship. 18 months of articleship is enough for writing PCC. Confirm it with ur seniors.. All the best

Hey... Friends,
It is compulsory to be registered while u are appearing in the exam, because it is mandatory to take signature of your CA while filing the examination form.
