I want to convert deemed public limited companany to private limited company.the said company was

I want to convert deemed public limited companany to private limited company.The said company was granted  deemed public status in the old Companies Act, 1956. The MOA and AOA are of private limited Company.Kindly guide how to convert such status of the deemed public company to Private company.
