ok....but IPCC is still valid....I mean to say I heard about new syllabous has been announced.
I just need to understand if there is any change in the new syllabus for IPCC format??
As far as I am aware I can appear without Articleship as I have already completed in IPCC.
Thanks

First of all you have to convert to CA Intermediate/IPCC from earlier PCC/PE-II/Old Intermediate.
If you were an IPCC student itself then you have to revalidate your registration, presuming that its validity of 4 years has been expired.
Refer to the below mentioned link of ICAI announcement to know the conversion or revalidation process.
(Note: The link relates to revalidation process but the conversion process links of old schemes is given therein on the first page.)

After the aforesaid position becomes clear, further queries will be easier to answer.

Dear Mr. Himanshu,
I was a CA student and met an accident in July 1990 and lost my right arm. I was unable to even put my signature with left hand for more than 20 years. Time and again this pain stuck me as I had availed exemption in both groups on CA Inter (now IPCC). Then one night in June 2013 I decided to fight back. I knew it is not possible yet I had to kill my internal pain. I started writing ABCD on 4 line copy book as I did when I went to school at the age of 6 years. I had been practisuing during all the times in day and night to make my left hand function to the possible way. After 6 months I wrote a letter of 1 page and asked my son if he can read it out. He succeeded to read the words I had writted which were of course not enough legible. I applied to ICAI and re registerd as student at the age on 51 years. I appeared in IPCC Group 1 and as expected I failed but got exemption in Paper 1 Accounting. That was a big big moral booster and then I decided that whatever comes now in my life but I will pass CA Inter. I appeared in remaining 3 papers and passed group 1. In November 2015 I appeared in Group 2 and failed. I again appeared in May 16 and expecting failure again. But this time I am expecting nearly 120-130 marks and I know putting some extra effort the remaining shortfall of 20-30 marks can be achieved.
My freind, rewmember one thing - You are the best judge for yourself. Leave all the doubts and proceed with determination. Your determination is the only key for sccess.
Happy reading

Thank you very much Vijay Sharma Sir. It's really motivational and of course you are fighting a lot with your situation but the main thing is you are not giving up.
This is really a remarkable lesson for me and I do not also think more now and start reading.
Thanks and again and will keep in touch.
