hi shashank, i am also a pcc student, attempt due in may 2010. the same is the case with me i haven't studied anything. i have finished accounts and costing fm classes thpugh bt coz of sm prob at home couldn't concerate. i also feel tht i wasted a lot of time bt still hope to pass with good marks as we still have got much time left and if we plan and study frm now we can still make it. so just don't loose heart and make a time table as to how will u complete ur course, divide the time left and m sure u will be able to clear the exams. all the best
