U can prefer Munish Bhandari. It is very systemmatic and easy to understand. It also helps u how to write answers in exams.
Any way what ever the book u read, just get the concept clarity, it is important.

Hi Dipika..
From exam point of view, Munish Bhandari is really a good one as G.K.Kapoor is quite vast, however, 'Lectures on Corporate Law' by G.K.Kapoor can serve the purpose well..

best is gk kapoor..many case laws were asked in exams from this book in past papers

U can go for Jayaraman Book.. Very precise, understandable,,, Each Section has its comments, explanations, case laws...
