Vardan,

Actually no.  Rent agreement only evidences a commitment to pay rent upon satisfaction of certain conditions.  Wither such conditions have been satisfied in the continuum for the year or not can be evidenced only through rent receipts or through debits in the bank statement etc.

Dear Vardan,

First of all it is good that u want to file ur return for future reference. u can file ur ITR in case not having TDS and Form 16.

Just show ur income from salary from the person u r receiving, At the time of filing ITR online, u hv no need to submit Form-16. In case u r filing manually, u just attach a salary certificate from ur employer. in the salary certificate, ur employer certify that u was under employment of him and he paid this amount as ur salary.

Is the information provided by me sufficient? if u have other query, u can ask.
