Agr me aug k month me kisi individual ki itr fill kru jiska tax bnta ho , to kya is case me panalty lgegi late file krne ki? Aur nill ret k case me kya impact hoga??? Aur last date kya hai ay 2013 14 Ki itr fill krne ki???

last date of filing itr for AY 13-14 is 31.03.15..... in case tax is payable, intt of 234a will be payable in case of late filing of return. no intt if no tax payable.

Date of filing of return is 31.7.2014 for indiv. If there is no tax payable on that date then u may file upto 31.3.15 without any intt n penalty. If there is any tax payable then intt @ 1 % per month will be levied.
