I had sent institute form 108 1.5 month ago.
i recd letter stating "we are in receipt of form 108 issued by you for completion of articles of (my name)
on scrutiny of the abv form, it has been noticed that foll parti are found to have been omitted/not complied with
1) period served cannot be less than the period reg for.
2) The date of completion of articls should be altered as .........whichever.........(i cannot mention
but the date they have given is one day after i have wrote in form sent........)
To faciliate compliance of reguation fresh set of form 108 in triplicate is enclosed for necessary compliance and return............
we request u therefore to kindly send us your reply within 15 dyas from the dt of recpt of thz letter
Now what should i do
I should only send new form with revised dt with xerox of this letter they hv asked too or anything else also?
