I need a solution of a situation......
A client registered with GST, he have moulding machine and he produce plastic items. But all type of materials provide by his job worker related to production. He charged only labour & moulding charges in Invoice. Then their will GST applicable??

This is case of " Job work". Gst 18% applicable on service charges.
As per the definition given under GST ACT for supply of goods and services. work done by job worker shall also be covered under that.
