Hi,

I have register my company in sale tax.

now i want to know that i have buy the raw material and did not take any bill.( give case payment )

i made sale  against "H" form, in this case there will any problem.

please quide me.

I don't know about accounts procedure.

how can the payment be done without any invoice received? Irrespective of the nature of sales..either by H FOrm or C Form, the invoice shall be received, for all legal compliances.
