I have one confusion

This site is only  for professional and there are lots of issues to be discussed to share knowledge /opinion between members and this type of discussion is not appreciable and reduce the quality of discussion.

I have realized my mistake and i never repeat this type of mistake in whole life.

Please relax Minu....it's perfectly all right. No need to feel guilty. I am sure you'll be careful next time. By the way it is not a mistake....use this word for bigger things....we all are here to guide each other.

i have one doubt.

we have imported butterfly valves from china. we have not processed it further. we have taken cenvat credit on Cvd, Edu-cvd, Shec-cvd & Add duty. now we are going to sell them. we should pay Excise duty on sale of these goods are not ?

There is no surprise to it as members here are very friendly may be thats the reason for you for getting friendship requests.

Even i am on the same line though i dont think that i am beautiful. I am just a common man with an uncommon sense of understanding.
