Dear Ashim
For filing the revised return there is no need for intimation. You should go for filing the revised return before 31 March 2016 as said by Mr. Saxena.
Also if you want to see the intimation then login to income tax account and apply for the same.

Yes you simply filled the revised return and you can easily claim the deduction

one more question which ITR form is to fill up for the NGO. and what document is to required for the preparation of file of NGO's.

Dear Ashim
NGO`s can file return of income under ITR-7 form. Further the documents required:
Audit Report in Form 10B/10BB
Balance Sheet.
Income and Expenditure Account.
Receipt and Payment Account.
Resolution for accumulation of Income, if any
Form 10 application for accumulation
Do check the registration certificate
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
