21 June 2014i have a doubt in excise and vat exemption for 100% EOU.
I am a TRADER with Excise Registration and i have got an order from a 100% EOU company,
the Company says it would not pay Excise duty & Vat becoz they are an EOU & they have Exemption,
So is there a option for me to buy the products without Excise & Vat From the Product Manufacturer.
Kindly Explain if there is An option about how i could execute this order.

Yes, you can adopt the said facility and also paid duty and get the refund from excise duty. But you are trader only and how to manufacture the goods without plant.
Plz clarify it.

No, I am just a TRADER who will buy the product from a MANUFACTURER & sell it to an CUSTOMER ( in this case EOU), i am not going to manufacture,
i would want to buy the product From a Manufacturer Without ED & VAT,
someone said about CT 3 form, can a TRADER be able to do that type of transaction?
is there some other Options.?

CT-3 is eligible for Trader for buy product for EOU without payment of Excise duty & sales tax.

Sir,
We have a manufacturing export unit under 100% EOU. We want to purchase some capital goods from local (Kerala).
Any VAT forms we have to give for excemption of Vat?
How can we purchase locally without tax?
