i again say to some student that i m not say that icai has not propre checking of exams but some where need to improvement ,,,after u receive ur answer sheet u may also say this.
Procedure
1- send application of rti with fill details.
2- write postal order no. in ur application .it must do.
3- send application with postal order rs. 10 to icai address.(given in application)
4-wait for success.

Some student also say that i m joking or talking in air. but u don't know what actually doing procedure.
I doesn't fear of any institute because if we right no one can beat us........can they stop me to became a CA ....i have confidence on myself not others..............to stop become a CA
IF any student challanging to icai in court so i warn that student to forget this thing. because after u see ur answer sheet u don't won't to do it.

Y dont u uplod ur marksheet....dont just talk....if u r rite thn apni marksheet kyu upload nahi karte...nd institute agar ese h subko pass karti rahi to..uska standard kese maintain hoga...agar apko rsult h chahiye to MBA jesa course karlo..bulk m result milega n..plz...institute k respect karo..if u deserve u ll be clear for sure...
hey....bhumika.......mba is not a course it just time pass.
& why i upload my answer sheet.....some privacy must be maintain.........if u receive ur answer a.sheet.......................then u also don't won't to upload it..........................i never say that icai is given bad results.i say that the chaker should improve their thinking for paper chacking.......................................

Sorry all student.......we can't upload our answer sheet...........but i tell u all that how chaeking done:
1- just small tik in all pages of answer....no were other think done,i.e round for mistake. & suggestion.
2- if there is right tik then also 0 marks & 6 marks also...means we can't know where they deduct our marks.....for which mistake....
So, please co-operate ....................

Hi friends leave this issu from now...all is over problemns in this forum is
1. we dont hve right to publish information get undr RTI act.
2. Especially we muxt not blame ICAI for paper valuation because itis our institution ..iof we blame our institue for different reasons it may have effect on demand of CA's and present respecetd level of CA in Society.
