I can sell outside delhi/any state without cst?

Dear All,

My sales is around 3 lakhs per year, I am planning to sell online as retailer, but i dont have a vat and cst number, can i ship my items from delhi to other states without CST.

If yes what documents i need to send with my courrier.

There will a limit upto which you can sell without a TIN, but once you cross the limit it will become compulsory to have a TIN.

Generally it will be Rs.5 Lakhs, please verify the delhi vat act for the exact limit
