THERE IS NO PROSPECTUS, YOU JUST NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE ATTACHED FORM

A prospectus is not necessary for registering, but you can get one from the regional branch/local branch. Or you coild also send a request letter and DD of the required amount to one of the Headquarters(ie.eDelhi, Mumbai , Kolkata, Chennai or Kanpur). They post it to you in a couple of weeks. The prospectus contains a lot of information about the structure of the course, so it'ss be a good document to have. Contact the respective head-quarter to know the amount of DD.
