Hi guys and girls, A.D.T is back wid a serious question on a personal experience.

I just completed my graduation (June 2009).

I decided to pursue some extra course, I decided for CIMA, and being a man of principles i applied for a permission in form 112 duly signed and stamped by my mentor.

Now, what I get is a complete shocker, the reply letter contained and I quote " Wid ref. to u r form we cannot grant u the requsite permission to pursue the aforesaid course since it has articleship involved in it."

I tried the same for LLB but in vain.

My question to our senoir members is that, they themselves have 2-3 courses simultaneously, like CA along wid CS, ICWA, LLB, M.COM, CFA etc.

This regulation is a new entrant and there are many students who undergo other courses widout permission and still face no consequences.

Isnt this Hypocrisy and double standards?

Now, Our president:

His Holiness, his Highness, CA Uttamji says that CA's need to be more and more competitive and on the other hand restrict the flight of the students working towards brightening their future.

Please comment and share u r opinions on the same.

Till Then,

Have Phun, Njoy.
