But as far as cpt aspirants are concerned, this notification is a big blow as they now have to secure 30% in all sections of cpt.

No offence. Is this some kind of joke and is the document reliable enough??
I haven't found any information about the CPT exemption on ICAI website. If it's there, please guide where it is located.
