Just playing " CMA-CA" game?

What value addition this game will make to all the participants of this game?

Just come to any fruitful discussion which will give some worth to the vauable time of all.

You are correct mr. K.K.K. , When we were students that time there were no fight between CWA and CA students, we share our written notes each other as that time syllabus was almost same in both cources.

Now due to opposition by ICAI of ICWAI name change whole issue become hot, students of both the institues start fighting each others.

i always adivise  students better to finish degree first and than work hard to get your desiered goals, in the industry both degree is equal value,

I hope others will also understand.

One of my client needs Accounts Assistant and i have posted one vacancy on CCI we need  need PCC cleared CA, salary structure is around 150000/Annum, till date i have received at least 50 resumes of CA qualified and ready to accept the Rs.150000/annum.

One of Junior recently qualified CA , but not getting job , some IITian did not get placed in reccessioany period. The above salary survey was done world known firm, not by me and you. The survey was done on wroking professional not on unemployed ones.

The posting of  jobs may be done you to check jobs status of CA/CA inter. Sir Kindly check the website of payscale , i am just share the infornmation, I don not think there is back door lobby by any institutes in the survey.

Thanks for supporting CA profession. I have few fiends who have cleared IPCC and few have cleared final also and are in search of JOB. If you may please help, they may get good job.

Please let me know what amount of salary they can expect if you could please arrange the job. please.....

I do understand the importance of excluisve CMA club , just consider who is intererste there to be. Such big persnalities like you , MR Raman are regular visitos, but you find there are hardly any members active.

just imagine yourself the fame of CA club, not promote by ICAI , but public has interest , same thins is with popularity of CA or CPA across the world. People easily understand CA  as accountants may be you term them book keepers/financial accountants ,what ever but world understand only term " Accountants, which is  legacy of CACPA.  we can promote CMA any where , but it gets fame only  if general public supports it. I am not against CMA , because it is part of accounting profession, but can not stop promoting me accounting as my profession , which we all get from CA/CPA or and assigned digisnatiion.

MR. CMA. RAKESH KATARIA What do you want to show!!!! In my  office there are two recently qualified cwa are coming regularly for asking any job opportunity and the salary they quoted is Only 7500/-Pm.

What does that indicate?????Sir never take the advantage of other condition!!!!!

Sir, instead of checking the job or blaming the ca or ca course its better that you should correct your own house(profession) first.And the question of putting job requirement on this forum and now published the data --with these kind of behaviour i think your account should be banned because firstly you are putting the fake vacancy and consequently publish the data and proving yourself very smart.God help you!!!!!!
 

 According me only 20% CA/CWA is getting the package given in the above survey, rest are getting less packages,

also it is on you how much you can get from your employer, you need to create your value in your organization, owner only see cost/benefit of employees. if you create more value than other professional than certainly you will be get more remuneration than your other associates.

I always tell to young professional, if you want to grown, you need to work at least 3 years in factory and learn the following

1. Production process/Flow
2. Production planning
3. Production reports and control process
4. Types of raw material and consumption pattern of various materials in the production process
5. Material Accounting in the factory,
6. Cost accounting in the factory, as per Cost Accounting standards issued by ICWAI
7. Quality control system and reporting and control
8. Product development and Costing process in that stage
9. Packaging process / Packaging materials/ Packaging requirements of finished goods
10. Compliance requirements at factory level, Local/state/central government requirements
11. Productivity analysis of machineries/production process/equipments etc.

All above if you learn and mix it with your financial knowledge than you will grown vary fast in any organization, I have seen so many cost Accountant’s who have v good engineering knowledge of particular industry  and  they are playing key roles in Birlas/Tatas/reliance etc.

So only knowledge of B/S, P&L, Cash flow , Income Tax and  financial analysis is not enough to go top of the ladder

You need to have overall knowledge of that particular industry

As far as fake vacanies are concerned, it may be your perception, whatever we put in CCI is  real vacancy, We have sorlisted the candidates from monday onwards we will start interviews, I have great respect for CA profession so ,we are not calling  CA final passed candidates for this post, only CA inter will be called for the same. 

We have vacancy for the Assistant Cost acountant also, we put vacancy in the CCI, till date only 3 resumes we get, all are from out side mumbai, if you have Cost Accountant than pl. ask them to send resume on my ID rakesh @ kataria-associates.com, we are ready to pay Rs. 15000/month, candidate needs to work in Bhiwandi factory.

We need to understand the situation, on 18th Jan. CA final result will be declaried if result will be like the last time than situation will be worse, MBA's finance are coming in the market like the flood.  Supply of finance profsional is more than requirements of the industry.  either supply side should be restricted or demand should be created, second option is on government, how to handle our economy, if our economy grow at 10 % than we need 10,000 CA/CWA every year.
