HUF Release deed
A person has a shop in HUF name. He is karta of HUF, two major but unmarried sons are co parceners and his wife is member. Is there a provision of release deed by which shop can be in his name as other three agree to it and what will be the cost of deed.

No. Release deed by members of HUF for transfer of any HUF asset to any single member not allowed. Its only possible at the time of dissolution of HUF.
