Can karta allocate whole of HUF property to his wife on the disposal of HUF ?...If so ,coparceners will have any right over it ?

Yes, As per Hindu Law, All the property is held jointly and all the money which is earned goes into a common pool.
No division of property until the death of the Karta (head of family or older male person)
All the members have a right over the property. (even wife and daughters)
