hi frds, i inherited property and business from my father, now along with ca i manage property and business.... i was thinking planning for RENTAL in INDIVIDUAL file And BUSINESS income in HUF file, CAN I?

Pls advice even on the conversion procedures from INDIVIDUAL to HUF,i am unmarried but managing my family, I am the only male member in my family.
