HUF karta name

Sir I have 2 questions 

One is  from where  i can find karta name details  which is Register with Income tax department  .because  huf Pan have different name. 

Second after death of karta it's mandatory to inform new karta to income tax department  and what is process to update new karta in income tax department.is it online or offline
