HUF for Doctor
There is a doctor who receive salary and also have consultation fees separately and wants to create HUF in name of himself, spouse and son to separate the income from consultation fees. Is that possible?

He may create HUF file, but diverting consultation income to HUF account is not possible.
If the same is received under commission
No. HUF cannot take commission for such services...
